I loved it so much that I grow & harvest papayas in Central FL & use them for smoothies. Never heard them called a melon before. Have one split in 4s ready to de seed -seeds are super anti viral & easy to grow into plants. Always wondered on recipe. Now I can make it in the vita mix.
